Expedited Shipping

While our e-commerce store only offers one economy shipping option, we do offer expedited shipping options through custom order for our boaters.

Order Processing Time:

Normally, it takes up to 7 days to prepare your order—sometimes a bit longer during busy holiday periods. We appreciate your patience as we craft, package, and ship your custom items. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout within our online store. While delivery delays can sometimes happen, if you notice an issue with tracking updates, please check in with the carrier for the most current information before reaching out to us via the tracking links we provide in email follow-ups.

Damages:

We hope it never happens, but if your order arrives damaged, the quickest way to resolve it is to contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods when making your claim.

We will also happily work with our boaters to replace damaged items with proof of damage.
