We want you to love what you order, so here’s what you need to know about our policies surrounding refunds and returns of custom gear ordered here on our website:

Refunds on Custom Products :

Because our products are Custom and uniquely tailored for you using your cusotm boat artwork, we cannot offer refunds or returns of any kind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Just let us know, and we’ll make things right.

Artwork Changes and Revisions

We know it’s important to get your initial digital artwork just perfect. That’s why we offer unlimited revisions—so we can nail it down to the last detail.

Most tweaks are sorted out within 3-5 business days from the time of the revision request via your proof page, or in email with a Custom Yacht Shirts representative.

Please note, edits that differ significantly from the original order, or that request additions to the art outside of that shown in original custom photos may incur an extra cost due to the additional time and labor necessary to achieve customer objectives. Such changes include:

• Using a different image for the illustration/artwork
• Changing the angle/perspective of the boat
• Adding extra characters/features to your boat

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Got something that’s not quite right?

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If there’s any issue with damage or defects, contact us right away at info@customyachtshirt.com along with a digital photo of the problem.

We will resolve 100% of issues with defective or damaged items with proof of damage, as long as you reach out within 30 days of receiving them.

Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our products, we’re unable to offer exchanges.

Product Sizing

Every apparel product within our custom boat gear store on this website includes a sizing guide to help our boaters make sure that they are getting the best fit for their custom boat gear.

Please take time to make sure you are ordering the correct sizes in your chosen custom apparel.

Custom Yacht Shirts cannot exchange, return or refund any custom apparel products for any issues related to sizing and chosen sizes at the time of purchase.
